Walkthrough:

Find and deliver the Medallion of the Flamescale 0/1 (The Overthere) Defeat the Flamescale Overlord Takarious Named, and loot Left shard of the Medallion of the Flamescale Legion Defeat the Ash Guardian Tolemak Named, and loot Middle shard of the Medallion of the Flamescale Legion Defeat the Radiant Overseer Triluan Named, and loot Right shard of the Medallion of the Flamescale Legion You can also get these 3 pieces randomly in the Skyfire Mission End of Empire Turn the 3 shard pieces in to a sarnak prisoner in The Overthere (as indicated by on the map), to get Medallion of the Flamescale Legion Turn in the Medallion of the Flamescale Legion to High Praetor Yerlin (as indicated by on the map)
Find and deliver the Medallion of Gorowyn 0/1 (The Overthere) Defeat the Arcron Thaumaturge Osellik Named, and loot Left shard of the Medallion of Gorowyn Defeat the Fereth Captain Ordran Named, and loot Middle shard of the Medallion of Gorowyn Defeat the Wulthan Elder Priest Ovun Named, and loot Right shard of the Medallion of Gorowyn Turn the 3 shard pieces in to a sarnak deserter in Skyfire Mountains (as indicated by on the map), to get Medallion of Gorowyn You can also get these 3 pieces randomly in the Gorowyn Mission Balance of Power Turn in the Medallion of Gorowyn to High Praetor Yerlin (as indicated by on the map)
Find and deliver the Medallion of the Arisen 0/1 (The Overthere) For the 3 Medallion parts of this quest, you will need to defeat specific Named, as such, they are not guaranteed to be up. Defeat the Arisen Fenistra Named, and loot Left shard of the Medallion of the Arisen. Defeat the Arisen Mentor Sishallan Named, and loot Middle shard of the Medallion of the Arisen Defeat the Ancient Apparition Named, and loot Right shard of the Medallion of the Arisen You can also get these 3 pieces randomly in the Overthere Mission Fell Foliage Turn the 3 shard pieces in to a baleful spirit in The Overthere (as indicated by on the map) in the pit, not the tunnels, to get Medallion of the Arisen. Turn in the Medallion of the Arisen to High Praetor Yerlin (as indicated by on the map)
Prove that Overking Bethezid is finally dead 0/1 (The Overthere) The tooth is looted in the mission End of Empire, turn it in to High Praetor Yerlin (as indicated by on the map)

Yea, I added a note on the respective missions you can get them in, Arisen = OT, Flamescale = Skyfire, Gorowyn = Gorowyn

Unable to request with all Merc and all Partisan complete. OT group task bugged, cannot complete.
