Rank 1 RoS spells are purchased from vendors in The Overthere. They are not locked behind faction or progression, and can be purchased upon entering the Ring of Scale expansion. Click on your class below to find information on your classes vendor, and that vendor's list of spells:

Rank 2 Spells


Rank 2 RoS spells come from drops in RoS group zones. These items drop rarely from trash, and uncommonly from named NPC's. To get a Rank 2 Spell from the item, simply right click on the item. A reward box will pop up, and you can select which Spell or Spells you wish to receive.

Level 106 Spells: Minor Clawed Tablet of the Ring of Scale
Level 107 Spells: Lesser Clawed Tablet of the Ring of Scale
Level 108 Spells: Median Clawed Tablet of the Ring of Scale
Level 109 Spells: Greater Clawed Tablet of the Ring of Scale
Level 110 Spells: Glowing Clawed Tablet of the Ring of Scale





Rank 3 Spells


Rank 3 RoS spells come from drops in RoS raids. To get a Rank 3 Spell from the item, simply right click on the item. A reward box will pop up, and you can select which Spell or Spells you wish to receive.
